Back in the town

In Korea October 19-November 5

I visited my sister, Hannah, and her husband, Su San, and son, Noah, in Incheon, Korea from October 19-November 5. They made sure that I tried a wide variety of Korean foods. We visited a palace and several other places in Seoul, and spent a weekend in Pusan with Su San’s parents. I found that my nephew, Noah, has grown big since the last time I saw him, which was when he was two months old. I think he’s going to have good social skills because he loves to wave at people and shout “daaah daaaah!” to them, and loves to give things to people.

We went to a large Buddhist temple by the ocean in Pusan.

This is my sister's husband's parents with Noah. We spent a weekend with them in Pusan, Korea.

This is duck cooked inside of a large squash (they called it pumpkin) that we ate when we visited Pusan. It was one of my favorite dishes.

We even ate in a restaurant made out of clay buildings. We ate a lot!

I got to try a lot of Korean food while I was in Korea with my sister.

Noah was very curious about my camera.

This is my sister and nephew on the elevator in their apartment.

I went to Korea to visit my sister and Su San and my nephew Noah.
